2. Services Provided

We offer digital signage and advertising display services, including but not limited to local business promotions on screens at partner locations.

2.2 Service Hours:

Display and support services are available during standard business hours. Extended hours and special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking:

To reserve ad space or related services, you must provide accurate business information, ad content, scheduling preferences, and other relevant details.

3.2 Payment:

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods include credit/debit card, ACH transfer, or Zelle. Failure to make timely payments may result in ad suspension or service cancellation.

3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 4 business days before your scheduled start date. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Content Submission:

You are responsible for providing appropriate ad content, artwork, and copy in the formats and timelines specified. Incomplete or late submissions may delay service delivery.

4.2 Accuracy and Compliance:

Ad content must be accurate, truthful, and comply with local laws and advertising standards. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that we determine to be inappropriate or non-compliant.

4.3 Access and Communication:

Clients are expected to respond to communications promptly and to notify us of any access requirements, schedule changes, or display restrictions.

5. Service Quality

5.1 Performance:

We strive to maintain high uptime and screen visibility for all client ads. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted display due to potential third-party or venue-related disruptions.

5.2 Satisfaction:

If you believe your ad did not run as expected, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability:

KlickAdd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, venue closures, or ad performance variances.

6.2 No Guarantee:

While we provide analytics and visibility support, we make no guarantees of sales, leads, or customer conversions as a result of ad placement.

7. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. Client information and submitted content will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or explicitly authorized by the client.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Florida courts.
